Early wake up in the morning

                         Before Exercise - Boiled Potato with Curd or any Fruit.                                                      
After Exercise - Banana Shake

Breakfast - Brown Bread + 3/4 Eggs + 1 glass milk

Lunch - Boiled rice + Pulse + Salad + 100gm Paneer.

Evening - 2/3 Eggs + 1 Glass Banana Shake

Dinner - Chapati + Vegetable + Salad

 Before bed 1 glass milk
