SISD (Single Instruction Stream Single Data Stream)

It is the organisation of a single computer containing the processing unit, control unit, and a memory unit. Instructions are exected sequentially i.e one by one with system clock time period and system may or may not have internal parallel processing capabilities.


Examples-
Traditional uniprocessor machines like a PC or old mainframes.
