Do proper warm up and streaching before weight training

-     Barble Curl ( 10X4 )


Move the Weight up and down 10 times at a normal speed as shown in figure.
Take a rest of 2 minutes.
Repeat the above two steps 4 times.
  

-         Dumble Curl ( 10X4 )


Move the Dumbbell up and down together 10 times at a normal speed
as shown in figure.
Take a rest of 2 minutes.
Repeat the above two steps 4 times.

  

-         Preacher Curl ( 10X4 )


Move the Weight up and down 10 times at a normal speed as shown in figure.
Take a rest of 2 minutes.
Repeat the above two steps 4 times.

  

-         Wrist Curl ( 20X2 )


Move the Weight up and down 20 times by just moving your wrist as shown in figure.
Take a rest of 2 minutes.
Repeat the above two steps 2 times.
